Since November of this year, German Guillermo Alberto Cruz was appointed new manager of Compartel Social Program of the Ministry of Information Technology and Communications. From there is responsible for leadership in planning, implementation and monitoring of projects connectivity to populations in remote areas and the lower strata of the country. Civil Engineer of the Universidad de los Andes, where he received his degree in the year 1999 and there he took a master's degree and a Masters in Environmental Economics in the year 2002.
